Our Approach

At Authentic Self Psychology, we provide psychological therapy for anxiety, trauma, relationships, disordered eating, life transitions and identity struggles.

 

Many of our clients are from the LGBTQIA+ and Disabled community, including the Neurodivergent community (ADHDers, Autistic folk, etc.)

We believe in a holistic and integrative approach to therapy. We value the importance of movement and creativity just as much as the traditional 'talk therapy'. Darcy strives to create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, and work collaboratively to develop a personalised healing journey.
