QLife is a national LGBTQIA+ helpline and webchat service staffed by LGBTIQA+ peers. They are available between 3pm to 12am. QLife also has a publicly searchable database for queer-friendly groups, peer support and services.
State-based (Victoria)​

Rainbow Door is a free service of Switchboard and specialist LGBTIQA+ helpline. They are available 10am - 5pm, 7 days a week and have SMS, phone or Webchat options.
